Saving Our Republic #1 November 29, 2024 One of my favorite readers messaged me, saying that she could not wait for January 21 st , the day that Trump is officially our nation’s President.  That day promises to be a day that our nation will change course and leadership at almost every level of government. That day will be our generation’s version of judgment day for leftist politics.     Our nation’s four years with the Biden-Harris faction has been an affair with a level of stupidity and foolishness that will prove to be unrivaled by any other nation in world history.  The twin twerps led a movement that arrested our nation’s growing economy and attacked every sector that contributed to that success by immediately stopping and dismantling a valuable pipeline, opening our borders to invasion by enemies of every society on this earth—using taxpayer money to finance their seditious event—destroyed the readiness and discipline of our militar...

November 24, 2024   The latest spoof from the Babylon Bee is that Elon Musk is going to buy the failing MSNBC channel and, in a big change, turn it into a NEWS network.  The few times I tuned in to its shows I wondered why their shows were not considered in-kind campaign contributions to the democrats. Possibly because of that, MSNBC has been losing viewers at an incredible rate; some joked that it had more employees than viewers.     ABC’s “The View” gave another circus performance last week when they started their critique of Trump nominees Matt Gaetz and Pete Hegseth, unleashing a slew of invidious comments on their lack of character.  Sunny Hostin led the attack, but after a commercial break, was told to read a note from the show’s attorneys forcing her to retract some of her comments; it was like a cream pie in her face.     I have a legal note. Matt Gaetz has long denied allegations and has not been charged with any cri...

November 15, 2024 The speed of Trump’s Cabinet and White House appointments should impress you; more than twenty have been named so far.  I cannot think of any president who has moved so quickly, other than Bill Clinton when he heard Hillary’s footsteps approaching the oval office. Obviously, Trump has planned on this event for years. Trump did not select his people from the republican party’s recommendations as he did in his first term. His team researched the staffing on their own, without swampy- deep state input. His nominees were ready for this as well.   Now the swamp, a combination of democrats and republicans, are lining up to oppose Matt Gaetz as Trump’s nominee for Attorney General.  Gaetz was a victim of the weaponized Department of Justice, so all its employees are worried about their jobs.  But, as Trump’s nominee, Gaetz will be doing Trump’s bidding.  Trump was a victim as well.   My point here is that anybody that Trump puts in that position ...

November 14, 2024 The wild card that promises to change the big game in Trump’s administration is the new Department of Government Efficiency.  Trump called it the Manhattan Project of Our Time, and added: “A smaller Government, with more efficiency and less bureaucracy, will be the perfect gift to America on the 250th Anniversary of The Declaration of Independence, I am confident they will succeed!'” From what I have read, this is not an official government department. Wikipedia identifies it as a presidential advisory commission that does not need the approval of Congress.  There is some guesswork about the group, so we should wait to see how the group is composed after Trump is sworn in. The creation of this new organ sends a powerful message with its X-feed now on the internet, giving an early sounding board for those who want to complain about the wasteful antics and agencies of the US government.  THAT exposure of every wasteful agency is what worries the swa...

November 10, 2024 A couple of days ago, President/President-elect Donald Trump released a video detailing what he was going to do when he gets in office.  In short, he wants to bring back our limited government and hold its bad actors accountable.   I am also reading of many government employees knowing that they are going to be looking for new jobs, which is a common event with any new president.  Remember that the Clinton’s totally cleaned house; they even fired the entire travel office. The video is five minutes long, but it is worth watching.  Obviously, after four years, Trump has plans at the ready to deal with the swamp. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NcMVdh915AE President Trump’s 10 points from the video. Here they are: 1. First, I will immediately reissue my 2020 executive order restoring the president’s authority to remove Rogue bureaucrats and I will wield that power very aggressively. 2. Second, we will clean out all the corrupt actors in our natio...

November 9, 2024 If you have been watching the news, you know that the swamp is marshalling its forces to stop any attempt at making our federal government smaller and more accountable.  They are getting nasty, attacking the Maga movement as an enemy of our democracy and all its adherents as deplorable.  This will be covered in the next newsletter.   Let’s get to the readers’ opinions. Thanks to all who responded to my question of what the first three official acts of President Trump’s should be.  Closing the borders and building the wall were at the top of the lists, along with drill, baby drill for oil.  Here are some of the interesting suggestions: • English as the official language of the federal government • Declassify the client lists of Epstein and the anti-Trump FBI/DOJ agents.  Clean house • Make the Military great again • Make Law Enforcement great again • Deport illegal immigrants.  Create laws that punish those who harbor them. • Fede...

November 7, 2024 Let’s start off with a reader participation question:  What should be the first three official acts of the new Trump presidency?  You can add more if you wish!  Send your ideas to me. Battle Lines:   Whew, it didn’t take long.  Kamala’s speech was more of a challenge of Trump’s presidency than it was a concession speech.  Now, the ACLU is getting ready for Trump’s next presidency.  I received an email from them today that states the following: “…it's official: Donald Trump has been elected to a second term. “During Trump's first term, my fellow ACLU lawyers and I filed 434 legal actions challenging the Trump administration's catastrophic policies separating families at the border, denying immigrant minors access to abortion care, greenlighting discrimination against LGBTQ people, and more.” and “I know that I speak for every attorney here at the ACLU when I say that we're more than ready to show up and put up the fight of the ce...

November 6, 2024 Last night’s election countdown did not provide the energy of the 2016 or the 2020 election, possibly because the democrat’s ticket lacked the energy or power of Hillary’s team back when, or the scandals, mismanagement and big surprise of the 2020 election.   Trump’s 2016 victory was an unforeseen moment, and the newscaster’s behavior throughout the night showed that, with their shaking heads and cursing as the inevitable decision approached.  Kamala’s loss was an easy bet.  A loaf of bread could have had the same election outcome. She never showed that she was executive material, which is an essential factor in any presidential candidate. Although I am pleased with most of the results of our last election, I am concerned with what is ahead of us.  The Biden administration, which is still in power (Remember him?) has 75 days to stack the troubles for Trump to solve. They already have one set up with the illegal alien invasion, which poses a subs...
Truth in Politics #2 – November 1, 2024 This is the second of these important datasheets.  The falsehoods put out by the democrat campaign machine have shocked me. Their false claims are not fair to any of the voters, so they need to be examined, and the truth brought to light. What follows are some of their claims and the clarifications. This TIP sheet is a result of my conversation with a relative. ·      Trump Will Destroy Our Democracy.   The fact is that we were never a democracy, but a Constitutional Republic with an element of a democracy in the design of the House of Representatives.  When the Constitution was written in 1787, the Framers had studied thousands of years of political history. From their studies they knew what caused governments to succeed and what caused governments to fail. Based on the timeless knowledge, they were unanimous in their will to create a REPUBLIC. The timeless lesson delivered by history was that governments fai...
Truth in Politics  –  #3 –   November 2, 2024 The false claims broadcast by the democrats are not fair to any of the voters, so the content of these advertisements must be examined and the truth brought to light. What follows are 2 of their claims and the clarifications. • Republicans Voting for the Democrat.   In two states I am seeing campaign advertisements featuring persons who claim to be republicans, saying they will not vote for their party’s candidate. They state that the democrats are the better candidates so they will vote for them.  But these people are deliberately misrepresenting the character and politics of the republicans, especially concerning Social Security, and they hide some very important differences. I should first explain there is not much difference between the general republicans and democrats who have been in office for years.  Both parties have increased our national debt by a horrendous amount; and while doing so, they have g...
Truth in Politics #1 – October 31, 2024 The falsehoods put out by the democrat campaign machine have shocked me. Their false claims are not fair to any of the voters, so they need to be examined, and the truth brought to light. What follows are some of their claims and the clarifications. • Trump outlawed abortion or installed Justices that would outlaw abortion.   This is a double lie that was used to create a campaign issue concerning women’s rights.   The SCOTUS decision on Roe versus Wade in 1973 twisted the Constitution’s intent to make abortion a constitutionally protected procedure. The protests over that decision were immediate, because the 10th Amendment to our Constitution clearly states that if an issue is not covered in the Constitution, the power to decide belongs to the States or the people.  Our founders wanted to limit the nationalization of many issues and believed that each state should provide a haven for its own people and their own beliefs....
