I was seven years old when my Mother bundled us up in winter clothing and took us to President Eisenhower’s inauguration in 1957.  Even though Mom was elated with seeing the President, I remember wondering why everybody liked that old bald guy, who rode in a black car without a roof.

Getting back to our warm home was a relief.  Our babysitter, Mrs. Beyer, had been taking care of my little sister and brother while we were at the parade. Little did I know that in the following December that we would move to Panama’s Canal Zone, where we wouldn’t experience cold for another four years.

Preserving the D-Lie:  In Biden’s sorrowful farewell address, he referred our democracy seven times, claiming that was under attack from others:

“Today, an oligarchy is taking shape in America of extreme wealth, power, and influence that literally threatens our entire democracy, our basic rights and freedoms, and a fair shot for everyone to get ahead.”

With those words, he exposed the tactics of the democrat party over the next four years.

An oligarchy is a rule of a select few.  Over the last four years a few people have been working the strings on Joe Biden, a necessary action because his cognitive decline has been obvious for years.  I pray that we will know who was actually acting as our president.

Biden’s farewell address had a series of  I/ We—did-this-isms, which stood in direct contradiction to George Washington's Farewell Address, where our first president explained the necessity of refraining from what turned out to be almost every act of Joe Biden's administration.

Biden's opening the borders was expressively prohibited by our Constitution, as was the bridging of various federal powers and politicization of the Department of Justice.

The defiance of our constitutional form of government was well addressed by Washington.  Carefully read the words he uses (I separated the sentences for clarity):

But the Constitution which at any time exists, till changed by an explicit and authentic act of the whole people, is sacredly obligatory upon all.

The very idea of the power and the right of the people to establish government presupposes the duty of every individual to obey the established government.

“All obstructions to the execution of the laws, all combinations and associations, under whatever plausible character, with the real design to direct, control, counteract, or awe the regular deliberation and action of the constituted authorities, are destructive of this fundamental principle, and of fatal tendency.

They serve to organize faction, to give it an artificial and extraordinary force; to put, in the place of the delegated will of the nation the will of a party, often a small but artful and enterprising minority of the community; and, according to the alternate triumphs of different parties, to make the public administration the mirror of the ill-concerted and incongruous projects of faction, rather than the organ of consistent and wholesome plans digested by common counsels and modified by mutual interests.

Washington’s use of the words fatal tendency were founded on his studies of political history. Our nation could not survive another presidency like Biden’s.

But the democrat faction is not going to go away; there are too many people and businesses that have profited from their manipulations.  They believe in their mission, their pride, and worst of all, the hatred and lies they have projected on their political opponents.

The photo on the left is of the Obama staffers as they listen to his last talk as president, where he thanks them for their work.  The mood was heavy as they knew that Trump was replacing him.  I think that those sad faces would have been different if Hillary had won.

Their loss set the stage for the next election, where millions of votes appeared out of thin air to make Biden the winner of the next election.

What I’m saying here is don’t count the democrat party out.  They are as resourceful as they are corrupt.

For our nation to return to its constitutional course, changes must be made.  Start from the foundation. Trump must emphasize that we are a republic and that our nation needs to reinstate the government to abide by its constitutional design.  As he applies the constitutional corrections, he could use the phrase,

“It’s not personal.  It’s Constitutional.”

Go for it, President Trump!

Have a wonderful weekend!

Steve
