Every week, we hear about new findings against various democrats, but the charges and arrests have yet to happen. Meanwhile, the leftist faction is filing many lawsuits with the Department of Justice in hopes of slowing the investigations against their syndicate.

Think about these numbers for a minute:  One internet search turned up at least 210 cases being litigated, 64 involving injunctions or temporary restraining orders in civil rights and immigration policy challenges.  Twenty states are suing over immigration enforcement.

There is a $50 billion class action lawsuit from over one hundred January 6 defendants who are alleging wrongful incarceration.  The actions in that lawsuit may hold off until the DOJ finishes its work investigating the entire J6 committee.

I hope they rightfully incarcerate every member of that J6 Committee.

We have several areas that are also being investigated: the Russian dossier and collusion scam, originated by Hillary Clinton and joined by several prominent democrats; the Hunter Biden laptop lies, where officials in the government’s top agencies lied about the authenticity of the computer; we also have the obvious cheating on the 2020 election, and the coverups about President Biden’s lack of ability to serve as the executive properly.  That last item includes persons seizing opportunities to act as the Executive, possibly serving favors to those who have violated laws or are unfriendly to this nation.

These crimes carry the heaviest of penalties in our legal sphere, so expect the leftist faction to fight these investigations in every possible way.

I have noticed that one of the Democrats’ new tactics is not to use the words conservative or republican; they state that all opposition to their politics is MAGA, attaching it to that “evil president.”

The recent discovery of old files in burn bags (which were never burned) at the CIA buildings lets us know that some agents wanted to save the evidence against the leftist faction.  In ways, these people became special secret agents inside the secret agency and deserve to be honored for keeping their oath of duty, while others succumbed to the evil forces poisoning the agency.

Today’s democrat faction is working against our nation, from lying about Trump, compromising law enforcement operations, and courting Chinese spies; their sedition is open for all to see.  We need to act soon against their treason.

Washington DC:  Keep in mind that there are two distinct police forces in DC.  The Capitol Police are in charge of the 22 square blocks that make up the Capitol grounds.  The DC Metro police are in charge of the other areas, despite being short some 800 officers.

Last year in DC there were 497 carjackings, 53% of which were committed by juveniles!  Since Trump took action, there has been only one. In 2023, there were  274 murders in DC. In 2024 there were 187.  Serious law enforcement was needed.

The National Football League is going to keep painting social justice messages at the back end of each endzone. The choices are: End Racism, Stop Hate, Choose Love, Inspire Change, and the last: It Takes All of Us. The last quip has a better fit with our tax system.

I doubt these endzone messages have any genuine impact. The NFL should be patriotic, not political.

In the early 1980’s, I did some photo work for the Air Force Academy football team.  I think it was in 1985 that the Academy had twelve wins and one loss, earning them the fourth-rated team in all of college football.  I was always on the sidelines with my camera, not moving much if play came toward me.  But when I got on the sidelines of a Denver Broncos game, I could feel the ground move as the players ran toward the sideline.  I got out of the way in a hurry. Pro football is bigger.

While covering the games at the Academy, I worked with an in-town photo processor, creating a photo album of all my action photos.  I made an index of the jersey numbers, so the players could find their photos and order them.  They very well received it.  One of the players, quarterback Marty Louthan, wrote me a very nice letter, thanking me for my work.  I wish I had saved it.

Marty had a quarterback sneak against Notre Dame that went for 43 yards!

One more AFA football story:  During the Notre Dame game, a sweep came toward me, and, like a pro, I stayed for better pictures; Boom!  I got leveled by a defensive back from the Fighting Irish as he pursued the play out of bounds.  We both flew several feet before stopping a foot from each other.  “Are you OK?” we both asked at the same time, despite his wearing full football gear and my wearing street clothes.  He was surprised I asked him!  I said I play rugby, we don’t need all those pads. The DB smiled, then tapped me on the head before running back on the field; we did all right.  The looks I got from the people around me were rewarding.

On September 17, 2025, we will celebrate our 238th anniversary of the Constitution.  Here in Lake Havasu, we are planning a few events for Constitution Week, but my speech has yet to be scheduled; I should know in a few days.

As I started working on the outline for my presentation, I reflected on the many speeches I’ve heard and the many pages I’ve read about the creation of the Constitution and the management of the government it created.  They highlight different sections or writers of the Constitution and strive to find a facet that wins the attention of the audience.

At present, I believe that I will discuss how the leftists frame their arguments that the Constitution is old and outdated.  They want a new constitution.

Here I wish to ask you what you would like to hear in any speech about our Constitution.  Please let me know.

While chatting about improving DC, Trump said that we have to take better care of the grass in the parks.  Since he owns several golf courses, he knows a lot about grass.  It would have had a different meaning if Barack Obama had said the same thing.
