The Constitutionist Free Newsletter Items, Analysis, Opinions and News Gathered from Everywhere By Steven Maikoski, Author: “The Real Constitution and its Real Enemies” constitutionist@protonmail.com On Friday, I learned that George Foreman, a former heavyweight boxing champion, had died. He was my age, making me hear ticking clocks as I ponder his legacy.   George was a unique athlete in a rough sport, a great talker, and very funny!  Here he is with Johnny Carson:   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M0lprOPYCq4 The Democrats have put together a very interesting team by mixing Bernie Sanders, an aged, porcupine-haired socialist who advocates slews of government handouts and benefits, with Andrea Ocasio-Cortez, a charismatic babe whose youth and energy make her an attractive candidate for higher offices.   The conservatives make fun of AOC, but she is a rising star in Democratic circles as Chuck Schumer faces reelection in 2028. This week, Nancy P...

False reporting is reaching a crescendo. I read that the Super Bowl champion Philadelphia Eagles have turned down an invitation to visit the White House, which is fake news. As of this writing, no invitation has been made.   It would be hard to believe that a team from the city where our Constitution was born would refuse such a prestigious invitation. But someone figured out that the fake news people are making millions of dollars; why not join the group? Someone is giving the Democrats horrible dress ideas.  The politicians in drag are disgusting enough, but Kamala in black and Michelle in another clown outfit show a comical fashion sense; where are the red noses? Trump was showing off some new hats that were “sent in by a fan,” commenting that they should make some more.  “Trump was right about everything” TWRAE just doesn’t have the same zing as MAGA. On Tuesday, Karoline Leavitt jumped on a question about new appointee Don Bongino, explaining the quality of his ...

The Constitutionist Free Newsletter Items, Analysis, Opinions and News Gathered from Everywhere By Steven Maikoski, Author: “The Real Constitution and its Real Enemies” constitutionist@protonmail.com 2-22-2025 One friend said that every day is like Christmas morning. New events, new names in trouble, and the Epstein flight logs have not been made public yet! It’s going to get better when the perps get arrested.  Kash Patel is now the head of the FBI , which completes our new federal law enforcement appointments; new special agents must be hired after job losses. Years ago, Kash worked with Congressman Devin Nunes, and the FBI spied on him as he investigated the Russia Hoax and the Steele Dossier fakery developed by Hillary Clinton. Many leftists are worried about his appointment—not one Democrat voted for his confirmation—because of his focus.  President Trump took questions from a reporter yesterday but stopped her from reading the question. He told her not to read it—...

President's Day and the Limbaugh Memorial Day are the same this year. The Deep State is finally getting the attention it does not want. Watching the news has been exhilarating. I smile, elated at what is being reported. Finally, the government’s course of horrible waste and abuse is being corrected—and that correction continues to be larger than I expected—and I expected a LOT. The gargantuan flow of taxpayer money to unaccountable, sinister accounts has revealed itself to be beyond my worst expectations. Last night, I listened to an interview with our new Secretary of State, Marco Rubio, who impressed me with his reasoning and knowledge.   Here is the LINK   Marco explained how the Panamanian government violated their treaty with the U.S., then spoke of some problems with USAID, whose officers continued sending billions of dollars despite Trump’s orders to stop!  It left me shaking my head.  Some of those people should go to jail. Rubio’s interview is 19 minu...

The Constitutionist  Free Newsletter Items, Analysis, Opinions and News Gathered from Everywhere  By Steven Maikoski, Author: “The Real Constitution   February 5, 2025 When Mark Steyn guest-hosted the Rush Limbaugh show during the Obama days, he noted how the sign of success in that society was not a person being the CEO of a big company, or a successful business owner—the success model was now a person who held a federal job with all its influence, benefits and job security.  What a change twenty days makes! Trump’s makeover of these once prized jobs is becoming known as the Trumpocalypse. Over 40,000 federal workers had accepted early buy-outs in the first twenty days of 47’s management.  Why is this happening? Trump’s team had years to plan for these actions. One of their brilliant moves was to immediately replace the political appointees in jobs that did not need Senate confirmation. They went in immediately after Trump took his oath of office. T...

The Constitutionist  Free Newsletter Items, Analysis, Opinions and News Gathered from Everywhere  By Steven Maikoski, Author: “The Real Constitution February 5, 2025 My head is reeling from all the changes that we are seeing from Trump’s executive actions; every day brings a new surprise.  But the cherry on top of this political sundae is watching the democrats’ weak counterpunch.  After our nation learned that members of congress were using taxpayer dollars from USAID to support their favorite liberal media channels—and that we were paying for condoms for terrorists—the democrat’s rebuttals have no muscle.  It is like a match of Pelosi vs. Tyson.   This betrayal of our trust has gone on for decades, so the democrats must shift the focus and find other memes to distract their party faithful, to keep the orange-man-bad meme (wouldn’t that make Trump a man of color?).  They are now complaining about all the wonderful illegal aliens, abortion r...

The Constitutionist February 1, 2025 Trump’s shock and awe presidency is invading many sectors of government that have enjoyed minimal accountability but now must open their records. There is one that stands out in my mind, BIGLY.  The highest ranking official in the Treasury Dept., David Lebryk, suddenly resigned this week when the DOGE team asked for access to the records of their disbursements.  This concerns spending trillions of dollars that have never been questioned.  Rumor is that some whistleblowers claimed that they had to approve checks without any accountability, thereby drawing attention to the funding of some very questionable groups; lots of money is involved; LOTS.  So, when the spotlight hit this funding mechanism, the cockroaches started to scatter. This event is not getting the press coverage that it deserves. Boom! I have noticed what some other writers have noticed; that Trump is the first president to actually get the investigations and ...
