  The Constitutionist 5-1-2025 Hillbillies and Nutcases Perhaps a few of you will remember the old Gunsmoke series with James Arness as Marshal Dillon; he had a sidekick named Festus Hagen.  Festus was played by the actor Ken Curtis, who I first saw in the old TV series “Ripcord.”  That show led to my interest in skydiving.   Anyway - Festus carried a grudge with some guy who had shot part of his ear off, “just the little hangy down part.”  His grudge was irreconcilable. Even if Festus got arrested and jailed for even the score, he wanted revenge.   That kind of mindset is what we now have with today’s democrats.  Their behavior that is directed against Trump is akin to the anger and impulse of a hillbilly family feud.  They don’t care what they may lose, as long as they get revenge over that other clan, the MAGA clan.
