The mainstream media is perpetuating a massive lie by not publishing the truth. Chuck Scammer, Hakeem Olé Jeffries, and other Democrats keep saying that the Republicans control every branch of government; that we are in the middle of a Republican shutdown!  But that claim is not the whole truth; it’s a half-truth.

People are aware that the Republicans hold the majority in the House and the Senate, and that the President is a Republican, so Schumer’s pitch makes sense to them. However, the key point here is control.  The Democrats still hold a control feature in the Senate that gives them enough power to shut down the government and blame the Republicans. 

It’s the cloture vote.

Cloture is a process used to determine whether legislation deserves an up-or-down vote.  In other words, it is a readiness vote that determines whether to proceed with a vote on the main issue. Cloture requires 60 votes to allow the Senate to proceed with voting on the legislation.  The Republicans do not have the 60 votes, so the Democrats are prohibiting cloture and then blaming the Republicans for the shutdown.

That is the full truth.

I first read about half-truths in the book The Gulag Archipelago by Alexandr Solzhenitsyn. He wrote that several government officials were charged with crimes against some villagers. But when the villagers were asked, they could not identify any of the officials who were blamed. The accused ended up going free, and the charges were dismissed.  

The half-truth was that the communist government did not reveal that all the villagers in this matter were dead; that’s why they could not identify anybody.  A government that controls the press can get away with such acts. 

Yesterday, Representative Claudia Tenney from New York announced that Marxist activists and dark money donors now control the Democratic Party, and that an anti-American ideology is dominating their philosophies.

“Tenney criticized Schumer and Jeffries as weak leaders who have surrendered to Marxist and anti-Israel activists driving the Democratic Party’s agenda. She pointed to figures such as Zohran Mamdani, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, and Bernie Sanders as the new faces of a far-left coalition that has overtaken New York’s Democratic leadership and brought the country to a standstill.

“We are here to fight for the men and women who build, farm, serve, and raise families. They are the backbone of this nation and they deserve a government that works for them, not for the political insiders who created this mess,” said Congresswoman Tenney. “So my message to Schumer and Jeffries is simple: stop playing games, stop bowing to the mob, and reopen the government. Pay our troops, fund essential services, and start putting American families and New York families first.”

“Tenney urged New Yorkers to speak out and reject the radicalism that has taken over their state.”

And it is radicalism.  Consider what happened in London!  After the Islamic invasion, they voted in an Islamic mayor.  Now the city has changed.  Dearborn, Michigan, and areas of Minnesota have changed.  They are an invasive species because they have their own form of brutal government, which opposes ours. 

All these foreign power groups have found a comfy home in the Democrat party.  Miranda Devine had an interesting article on this: Trump Derangement Syndrome has morphed into something far more lethal — Trump Projection Disorder.

“Democrats have lost their minds.

This time last year, the conversation was about what is the acceptable number of apartment complexes in Colorado that we can tolerate being taken over by Venezuelan gangs of illegal migrants.

Now the big issue is the president’s big, beautiful ballroom. The “No Kings” folk are melting down.”

Here’s something from a liberal that I picked off the Facebook site, where he claims that Trump will not leave the Presidency. Personally, I believe that Trump will leave graciously, possibly leaving a Farewell Address and new silverware for the ballroom dinners – just a little dig at Hillary.'

These comments were made after the assassination attempts on Trump and the murder of Charlie Kirk. There are many more, some of which are brutal and quite salacious.  My point is that hatred and dishonesty have found a home in the Democratic Party, and they are proud of it.

No matter how much you are anti-Trump, the democrats’ remedy is far worse.

I think the tone of this newsletter matches my mood—I’m having a root canal on Monday.
